Machine Standing Calf Raise
The lever standing calf raise uses a plate-loaded standing calf raise machine. The shoulder pads load weight onto the upper traps while the balls of the feet rest on a raised step. The setup allows heavy progressive overload with full range of motion through the calves. Muscle Group Calves Equipment Required Machine
