How to perform
- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
- Clasp your hands together behind your back with fingers interlaced or palms facing each other.
- Pull your shoulders back and down. Lift your chest.
- Hinge forward at the hips slightly. Keep your back flat.
- As you hinge forward, lift your clasped hands up and away from your body β toward the ceiling behind you.
- Feel the deep stretch through your chest, front shoulders, and biceps.
- Hold for 20 to 30 seconds. Breathe deeply.
- Release slowly. Stand up. Repeat two to three times.
