Superman Chest Stretch

Chest Hamstrings Band
Superman Chest Stretch
The superman chest stretch is a standing chest opener where you clasp your hands behind your back, then lean forward and lift your hands up high behind you β€” like a superman cape pose. The combination of forward lean and hand lift creates one of the deepest chest and shoulder stretches available. Muscle Group Chest, Shoulders Equipment Required Bodyweight
