Rotating Neck Stretch
The rotating neck stretch is a gentle neck mobility drill where you slowly rotate your head from side to side, looking over each shoulder alternately. It improves cervical spine mobility and relieves neck tension caused by sitting and screen time. It is one of the simplest neck stretches available. Muscle Group Neck Equipment Required Bodyweight
