How to perform
- Stand or sit. Extend your right arm straight in front of you with the palm facing up.
- Use your left hand to gently pull the fingers of your right hand back, toward your body.
- Keep your right elbow straight throughout.
- Feel the stretch through your right palm and the inside of your right forearm.
- Hold for 20 to 30 seconds. Breathe deeply.
- Switch hands and repeat.
- For deeper stretch: extend the wrist further or include thumb extension.
- Apply gentle pressure only β never force the stretch.
