The dynamic chest stretch is a warm-up exercise where you swing both arms backward (and forward) in a controlled motion to dynamically open the chest and front shoulders. Unlike static stretches, the dynamic motion warms up the muscles, increases blood flow, and prepares the body for movement.

How to perform
- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart. Extend both arms forward at shoulder height.
- Brace your core gently.
- Swing both arms back as far as comfortable, opening your chest.
- Pause briefly at the back of the swing.
- Bring your arms back forward, crossing them at the chest if comfortable.
- Continue swinging back and forward in a controlled rhythm.
- Move at a moderate pace β not ballistic.
- Perform 10 to 15 reps as part of a warm-up.
