Crescent Moon Pose is a standing yoga side stretch where you stand tall, reach both arms overhead, and lean to one side, creating a crescent shape with the body. It stretches the obliques, intercostals, and lats while opening the side body. It is one of the simplest and most accessible side-stretching yoga poses.
