How to perform
- Stand in a split stance, slightly bent at the waist.
- Pump your arms as fast as possible β driving elbows back and forward like sprinting.
- Hands should move from hip to chin level.
- Maintain core bracing throughout.
- Continue pumping at maximum speed for 15 to 30 seconds.
- Rest briefly, then repeat.
- Focus on speed over power.
- Perform 3 to 5 rounds.
