Step Up Crossover
The step-up crossover is a step-up variation where you step up onto a box from the side, with the working leg crossing over the body to plant on the box. It trains the gluteus medius and adductors more than standard step-ups while building balance and coordination. Muscle Group Cardio, Glutes, Hip Flexors, Quadriceps Equipment Required Bodyweight
