How to perform

  • Lie on your back on a firm surface. No pillow.
  • Look at the ceiling.
  • Tuck your chin β€” press the back of your head into the floor.
  • You should feel a gentle stretch at the base of your skull.
  • Hold for 5 to 10 seconds.
  • Relax. Repeat 10 to 15 times.
  • The floor provides feedback β€” you can feel the retraction.
