How to perform

  • Lie flat on your back with your legs straight and hold a dumbbell in each hand.
  • Lift your legs up so they are perpendicular to the floor and your hips are at a 90-degree angle.
  • Slowly lower your legs to one side, keeping them straight and maintaining the 90-degree angle at your hips.
  • Bring your legs back up to the starting position and then lower them to the other side.
  • Repeat for the desired number of reps.
