How to perform

  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a cable handle in each hand.
  • Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height, with your palms facing forward.

  • Pause for a moment, then slowly return to the starting position.
  • Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
