How to perform
- Stand facing the cable machine with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
- Grasp the rope attachment with both hands and bring it behind your head, keeping your elbows close to your ears.
- Extend your arms upward, fully straightening your elbows and contracting your triceps.
- Slowly lower the rope back behind your head, keeping your elbows close to your ears and maintaining control of the weight.
- Repeat for desired number of reps.
