How to perform

  • Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a barbell with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
  • Lift the barbell overhead, fully extending your arms.
  • Keeping your elbows close to your head, slowly lower the barbell behind your head until your forearms are parallel to the ground.
  • Pause for a moment, then slowly raise the barbell back to the starting position.
  • Repeat for the desired number of reps.
