How to perform
- Load the StrongMan Wheelbarrow with weights or other heavy objects.
- Stand behind the wheelbarrow with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend your knees and grip the handles of the wheelbarrow with both hands.
- Lift the wheelbarrow by straightening your legs and pushing through your heels.
- Walk forward while pushing the wheelbarrow, keeping your back straight and your core engaged.
- Continue walking for a set distance or time, or until you feel fatigued.
- To stop, slowly lower the wheelbarrow back to the ground and release your grip on the handles.
