How to perform
- Stand in front of the StrongMan Atlas Stones with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Squat down and grip the stone with both hands, keeping your back straight and your chest up.
- Use your legs and hips to lift the stone off the ground and bring it up to your lap.
- Lean back slightly and hug the stone to your chest.
- Take a deep breath and brace your core.
- Drive your feet into the ground and explosively lift the stone up to your shoulder.
- Hold the stone on your shoulder for a few seconds, then lower it back down to your lap.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
